Returns Policy


We are confident that you will be thrilled with our Eskeez products, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, our no-quibble returns policy makes it easy for you to return them to us.

Returns must be unused and returned to us in their original packaging.

Please include your name, address and order number with the goods you are returning, plus the reason for return, whilst obtaining proof of postage. We will then refund you the original cost of your order, plus the cost of postage if there turns out to be a fault with your order. We regret we are not liable for returns which do not reach us or are damaged during the postage process.

Our Guarantee

Eskeez Ltd take pride in keeping all of our customers happy and satisfied with our products and services. Goods are guaranteed for defective workmanship and materials for up to one year, but not for misuse. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, please contact us and we will arrange a refund or product exchange.

Exchanges and Refunds Overseas Customers: Unused garments can be returned within 28 days for an exchange or a refund (excluding carriage). Please note that these oversea packages should be clearly marked 'Goods for Exchange' or 'Goods for Refund' (select appropriate) and marked as having ZERO VALUE for duty purposes.

We cannot accept returned packages sent by courier e.g. FEDEX, DHL, etc due to their import and handling charges, unless this form of delivery has been agreed in advance by ourselves.
