These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. By placing an order with Eskeez Ltd you will be agreeing to our terms and conditions:

DELIVERY

All prices include the cost of delivery by Royal Mail. The service we use depends on the service chosen by the customer at the checkout facility. We aim to ensure the products are with you within 3-5 working days. If an item is out of stock, or if we have any queries with your order, we shall contact you by phone or email to agree a new delivery date.

Trade orders are assembled and delivered by arrangement.

RETURNS

We offer a full refund on goods that are returned to us within 10 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in the condition that they were sent.

If you wish to return an item, the postage will be paid by the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for parcels returned to us that are lost in transit so we strongly recommend that you use the Royal Mail's signed for service or tracker facility.

We will refund postage for goods that are deemed faulty.

QUALITY

Eskeez Ltd are committed to supplying high quality thermal clothing. The fleece fabric is designed to offer maximum wicking and heat absorption to keep your children both warm and dry. The nature of this fabric is smooth on the outside - to aid slippage when getting changed - but may be prone to slight pilling on the surface over time. This does not effect the performance of the fleece product in any way. Any contact with fibres that cause tearing or dragging of the fabric, such as Velcro, should be avoided.

PAYMENTS

Your privacy and security are of the upmost importance to us. Payment will be processed using your preferred method. All information is held securely and no data whatsoever is passed onto any third parties.

We accept payment via cheque, debit/credit card or Paypal account. If paying by cheque, we will dispatch your order upon clearance of funds.

Trade customers pay in advance of first delivery and have 28 days payment terms thereafter.

AVAILABILITY

All items and sizes offered on our website are subject to availability and stock levels change daily. Prices may be changed on the website without prior notice. To purchase any items on our website, click 'Add to Basket' button shown on the product pages.
